The quotation:
“4 Rules for Life:
Show up.
Pay attention.
Tell the truth.
Don’t be attached to the results.” Angeles Arrien, U.S. teacher, author (1940 – )
You’re welcome!! 🙂 🙂

p.s. I’m a bit of a “nut” about great quotations. You can find simply tons of really good & inspiring ones at my other site in this location: Quotation Central. In categories from A - Z (well, almost) listed on the right-hand side of the page. Enjoy! Oh, & this: there’s an especially large collection of pretty pithy ones about truth. Truth quotes.
p.p.s. that elephant in the room up top is me! 🙂 Being given the bum’s rush, as it were, by a Durham Region police officer (yes, the nuclear “regulator” outfit that was hosting the public meeting called the cops on us!) A friend & I had dressed up as elephants as a fun & funny way of making a bit of a scene publicly (to tell some truths, I mean) about the fact that there are quite a few “elephants in the room” when it comes to OPG (Ontario Power Generation)’s plans (in 2017) to extend the life of the massive, aging, dangerous Pickering nuclear generating station (located just east of Toronto, Canada’s largest city. Right in our backyard, essentially). They’re at it again! They just had another hearing last week. These are occasions where the public gets to speak, but the folks in charge are really not listening. Duct tape over eyes & ears. They’re just ticking the “public consultation” box. The “authorities” are gonna keep that dangerous dinosaur going (& going, & going, & going). These people just don’t know when to quit! If you like, you can find out a bit more about our fun gig in 2017 (& some kangaroo ones too) in this posting:
