OFF THE TOP? This is an overwhelming issue. Phew. It really, really is. You can short-cut the learning process quite a bit by watching this video about vaccine secretsthat really covers an impressive amount of important ground.
AND, “Are you aware?” is a speedy 5-minute video of a brilliant presentation made to the Toronto Board of Health committee on April 8/19. It too covers a lot of ground in a short & snappy fashion! It’s like a quick tutorial on the topic for anyone who might think s/he already knows all there is to know.
How It Began For Me
Most importantly, I had recently become a grandmother.
I’d been surprised to discover that my infant grandson, when taken in for his first set of “shots,” was given injections in both thighs. Really??
My own children had been given one injection in their arms, back in the day (the early 1980s).
So I was a bit curious about this ... but not yet curious enough.
Then, in early 2016 I was sent an email message that really got the ball rolling for me.
It was a message from a (now-former) colleague about whether it might be wise to have one’s child given Vitamin C before vaccination. It was in the form of a news release. I just dug it up – it’s still there online. Here.
I read this, then thought “Hmmmm. I think I’ll ask a few friends about this.”
My friends’ responses REALLY made me curious!
I was surprised at the number of vaccine injuries their children had sustained. At how, once they’d realized their child had been negatively affected by a vaccine, they stopped vaccinating them, in some cases. Or kept on for a while, only to stop a bit later on. In several cases, they didn’t get subsequent children vaccinated at all.
I also talked to one friend who never got her three children vaccinated – period. She’d been given some important information when her first child was an infant that led her to decide not to get into the whole vaccine thing at all.
Also important to note, these friends had kept very quiet about their experiences & views. It just wasn’t, shall we say, “politically correct” to discuss the topic. They’d get shut down & treated as though they were crazy to question the vaccine paradigm in any way at all. They’d quickly learned to keep their heads below the parapet, as it were.
So. I started to do some digging. Watched lots of documentaries – surprised to find out how very much information there is out there I’d known absolutely nothing about.
One of the early postings I wrote (being both a long-time activist & incurable writer/blogger about things that strike me as important to spread information about) was ‘Vaccines: My Friends’ Stories. Warriors.’
Never knowing I’d go on to write tons more. Learn tons more.
The deep dive I took (while still busy working on environmental issues), basically changed my life.
I’d certainly had no idea it would turn out that way!?
Then what happened?
Well ... I’ll get to that in a bit! First, though ... some key things I learned as I began to dig.
First, Though … This!
Most of the people who are accused of being anti-vaxxers?
Were by definition NOT “anti-vaxx” at all! Having trusted the vaccine paradigm, they’d dutifully taken their children in to the doctor for those so-called “well baby visits” ... to be vaccinated but, sadly & often tragically, only to wind up with an injured (or dead) child (or children).
Or were injured themselves. (One can be injured at any age. e.g. by flu shots.
Or tetanus shots. Fascinating documentary about one man’s experiences with a tetanus shot & what he then learned, here.)
Most of us had had absolute faith in the medical/health care system – & our doctors – all our lives. And bear in mind the vaccine paradigm has been handed down through the generations. Many parents, however, wind up having their children join the ranks of the huge number who’ve been badly affected. Then learn quickly that the medical establishment provides little or no help for the vaccine-injured & their families. Most soon learn it’s necessary to go outside the conventional medical/health care system to get the help they need.
And now, if they speak out, they stand accused of being one of those dreaded “anti-vaxxers.”
A Few Key Things I Soon Learned
The truth about vaccine risks is actually hiding in plain sight. A posting I did early on about measles illustrates this. Vaccines: Truth Hiding in Plain Sight!
As that posting explains, vaccine “inserts” & monographs – provided by the industry that makes & sells vaccines – contain the ingredients of the injections, along with the risks & possible side effects. And a list of possible “adverse events.” These inserts/monographs are very lengthy – & are not offered to parents! Inserts are contained in the boxes of vaccine vials purchased by doctors ... yet for some strange reason are not provided to parents/patients. (To be honest, I suspect most MDs don’t even look at the inserts themselves! I don’t know how many doctors I’ve heard reveal that they were taught almost nothing about vaccines in med school. Basically, they were just told “They’re great. Use ‘em!”) Another key posting I wrote about the insert issue (long after the Truth Hiding in Plain Sight one), is called Fun with Vaccine Inserts. Which goes into detail on the 7 vaccines administered to 2-month old babies. (Yes. 7!) The 5-in-1 Pediacel, & 2 others. With excerpts from the inserts/monographs. Including the fact that death & SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome, or what we used to call “crib death”) are right there in black & white, as cited risks in the inserts/monographs from the pharmaceutical industry.
With this failure to provide parents information about vaccine risks ahead of time, the concept of informed consent has become meaningless. A parent/patient cannot provide her/his “informed consent” to any medical procedure, pharmaceutical product or vaccine ... if s/he has not been provided with a full list of risks & possible side effects. Not rocket science, right?
One more thing about the inserts/monographs? They generally end with a comment to the effect “This is not a complete list of side effects. For any unexpected effects while taking PRIORIX, contact your doctor or pharmacist.” e.g. see MMR monograph here. (Note: there is more about measles below.)
CDC posts a list of vaccine “excipients.” Turns out there are some pretty interesting things in all those vaccines! Check it out here.
If you go to that site, you’ll see that the list is not complete. One is informed one has to go to the “PI” or product insert provided by the manufacturer. The link provided there by CDC for more full information from John Hopkins is a dud. This one works.
REALLY Wish I was Making This Up!
Babies are routinely given a Vitamin K injection on the day of their birth. This injection carries a “black box warning,” meaning that death is a possible side effect. Parents are never told about the Vitamin K shot. I only learned about it when my own (by-then-long-since-adult) children were in their mid-30s, as I dug deeper & deeper into the vaccine paradigm. Also on the day of birth? In the U.S., a Hep B shot. (This is not yet the case routinely in Canada, or not in all provinces, yet, at any rate.) The absurdity of this is that babies are not sexually active & thus have no need of any protection from Hep B.
When a brand-new infant has died on the day of her/his birth, s/he may have fallen victim to one of these injections (or maybe the two in combination?) – but her/his parents are never informed that this may be the case.
Back to the short list of what I learned...
Vaccines are not properly tested for safety.(i.e., they are not subject to double-blind, inert placebo testing.) Explained here. (see Pg. 4) The way they dodge the use of inert placebos is explainedhere. Nor, btw, have vaccines ever been tested for their safety in combinations, the way they are currently administered.
In 1986, the U.S. Congress released the pharmaceutical industry from liability for its vaccine products! In other words, the industry has not been held legally responsible for the injuries & deaths caused by its vaccines since the late 1980s! Legislation here. (see Part B).
Which quickly led to a startling bump-up in the childhood vaccine schedule.
And a resulting rise of negative health impacts in children. Major increases in conditions such as allergies/food allergies, asthma, earaches, eczema, ADHD, autism – & many others.
Vaccines are clearly NOT “safe and effective.” This phrase is actually just a sound bite, or PR slogan, repeated endlessly, that the population has taken to be gospel truth.
A 2011 U.S. Supreme Court ruling admitted to the existence of vaccines’ “unavoidable, adverse side effects.”
Unvaccinated children are actually healthier than vaccinated ones!
Big Pharma controls not just the U.S. Congress, but also mainstream media, with huge financial contributions.Billions of dollars are spent every year on advertising for pharmaceutical products, effectively controlling media content. Two places to learn more about this (& a great deal more, besides!): An item from 2019. Earlier, very long, undated, but a major tutorial on many aspects of the vaccine issue. For fascinating insights about mainstream media in the Covid era, this 9-minute video covers massive government subsidies to media to promote the Covid vaccines, & a graphic demonstration of how media commentators, one after another after another, all use exactly the same words to report the “news.” Amazing to watch! ** btw, knowledge of vaccine harms goes back a very long way!
The pharmaceutical industry – once released from liability for injuries &/or deaths resulting from their products – began to reap enormous profits from the sale of vaccines. Saving huge sums of money also, of course, due to not having to pay out legal/court costs & damages in frequent lawsuits.
The pharmaceutical industry is extremely powerful, extremely corrupt, & the so-called “regulatory agencies” that “regulate” it are in fact utterly captives of the industry.
What is “Regulatory Capture?”
This occurs when the so-called “regulator” of an industry becomes “captured” by that industry and does not in fact regulate it, but actually actively promotes it (& indeed is also mostly funded by it). This is true of the pesticide & chemical industries, the nuclear industry, & the pharmaceutical industry. Maybe others, too?? (I was aware of nuclear regulatory capture long before I tuned in to the pharmaceutical industry variety.)
FINALLY... kinda looks as though we’re dealing with a sacred cow, doesn’t it?
The graphic at the top of this posting, also inserted below – with an excerpt from the U.S. Federal Register in 1984 – makes it abundantly clear that the vaccine program is not to be questioned. “Inconvenient” facts must not be permitted to get in the way!
And okay. This list of what I learned? It’s still not anywhere near complete! Sigh. Did you know that MDs are compensated for giving vaccines? That the more they give, the more money they make? Have you heard about vaccines’ “shedding?” That parents should not administer Tylenol to their children post-vaccination? The topic list is endless!? I eventually wrote a posting called 30 Things You May Not Know About Vaccines(with more than 30 in it), & ... what can I say??

Let’s Talk Measles! (& the MMR vaccine)
The measles vaccine offers a good illustration of a few key things.
The vaccine is dangerous ... ‘though the childhood illness itself is not. Parents are not given information about the vaccines’ risks & possible side effects. The “inserts” are lengthy & very information-dense – yet most parents never even see them.
The risks/possible side effects/serious possible adverse events involved are numerous & sobering – to say the very least! (See below)
Side effects from the measles vaccination (e.g. seizures) are also quite common, as you’ll have already learned if you watched the 5-minute video
Another from GSK(also 2019), but without the chickenpox addition.
You have to read it all the way through! Especially the Adverse Reactions section (pages 7-9). And the end pages (p. 21-23 on Side Effects and what to do about them). And an admission at the end that: “This is not a complete list of side effects. For any unexpected effects while taking PRIORIX, contact your doctor or pharmacist.”
** There are so many different monographs for MMR vaccines that I find it all more than a tad confusing. So if I’ve confused you, I apologize!? Now we’re in good company...
So ... What Did I Do Once I Learned All This Stuff??
Kept right on digging & learning!
Bought & read books & watched a crazy number of informative documentaries.
Acquired copies of childhood (& flu) vaccine inserts from my M.D.
Had conversations with friends whose children had been vaccine-injured & then chose not to vaccinate subsequent children.
And with parents who never vaccinated their children at all.
Began writing about it & wound up writing a ton (there’s a list below of a few key postings).
Joined a fabulous group that’s been active on vaccine issues for 40 years now. Vaccine Choice Canada.
Took part in a variety of forms of awareness-raising activism.
Began to connect the dots on injuries to myself & other loved ones that I had never realized were related to vaccines.
Tried to educate friends/colleagues/family members ... with, shall we say, mixed results.
Back to the Term Anti-Vaxxer!
Most people who become vaccine-injured, or vaccine-aware, feel uncomfortable with the term “anti-vaxxer.”
Because it is used very deliberately as an epithet – rather than a term meant to inform.
It’s become pretty much a swear word!
This is not by accident.
I guess you could say it’s a term that has been weaponized against those who rightfully, reasonably question the vaccine paradigm.
So, most people will say they’re not anti-vaxxers – they just want safe vaccines.
I too would be happy to see there be safe vaccines ... but since I’ve seen no evidence yet that such things actually exist, I’m happy to “own” the term anti-vaxxer. (I’m now convinced good health cannot be injected. It comes as the result of a healthy lifestyle. Fresh air & sunshine. Regular exercise. Good nutrition.)
I’d just prefer that people not be taken in by the way the term is used to smear people who have every right to question the vaccine paradigm, rather than simply accept it as a practically God-given practice. Is Vaccination a Religion?
What we see a lot of these days is what are called “ad hominem” attacks on people. Rather than actually engaging critically with the person’s views, & inquiring why they believe what they believe (which is generally based on plenty of research) and offering to debate them, say, they’re attacked with terms like anti-vaxxer (or, in the case of these Covid times, for those who question the mainstream Covid agenda, racist & misogynist (among others) & in Canada (by our prime minister, no less!), of being “a fringe minority” with “unacceptable views”) & a variety of other terms used baselessly, to smear those who’ve taken the time & trouble to dig into complex topics, rather than simply accepting sound bites & slogans offered to us by mainstream medicine & mainstream (or “legacy”) media.
Since You Are a Curious Person...
I wonder if you’d be willing to ponder a few things.
How is it the concept of “informed consent” went the way of the dinosaurs with respect to vaccines? (This occurred a long while back. Long pre-dating the Covid era. But it’s especially critical now, in the age of the Covid vaccines.)
Why do doctors not provide their patients with vaccine inserts so parents can make an informed choice about whether or not to risk the possible side effects the inserts so clearly lay out? (They don’t do this with Covid vaccines, either, btw. Shouldn’t we be asking why?)
This information is from an FDA document. FDA being the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, i.e., the U.S. federal drug regulatory agency. I did a search on the acronym FDA & came up with the FDA Web site, where it states: “The FDA is responsible for protecting the public health by ensuring the safety, efficacy, and security of human and veterinary drugs, biological products, and medical devices; and by ensuring the ...” at which point it gets cut off. The information in the graphic above is from apowerpoint presentation made in October 2020, i.e., 3 months prior to the vaccine rollout – clearly listing (many pretty drastic) possible side effects. So FDA knew about the possible side effects ahead of time – and failed to notify the populace. What kind of “regulator” does this make them? (You can look up the document for yourself. The item above is Slide 16.)
Why were you never informed that childhood illnesses like measles, mumps & chickenpox are mild, not at all deadly, & that in fact a child’s immune system is made stronger by contracting them – in childhood, when they are much less dangerous than if contracted as adults?
Why are “anti-vaxxers” made out to be such despicable pariahs, & why is so much energy put into vilifying people who’ve done their research – almost always after having experienced a personal vaccine tragedy?
Why are we human beings such darn suckers for sound bites & slogans?? (It’s worth scratching our heads over, a little, seems to me.)
