Janet - re: your friend of 50 years.

Wow. I tried to do that with a friend of over 50 years. It didn’t work for me. The elephant took up all the space and all the air. I sent her Ed Dowd’s book and a very long, thoughtful letter. She never acknowledged it. Perhaps if I could have just talked with her about her and her life and loved ones, I could have continued the friendship (since we were 15). I would not have been able to discuss anything that goes on in my life - considering it revolves around spreading the truth about the Covid shots and vaccines in general. She said, you need to read the other side. I said, I was on the other side (I got 2 shots) - do you not wonder why I changed my mind? Nope. She did not wonder.

It still makes me sad.

I can totally believe it makes you sad. I know I felt very sad about losing my former colleagues as friends. An abyss had opened up (not with absolutely all of them, fortunately). But I'm surprised your friend wouldn't listen given that you had gone for the shot yourself. I guess the thing is, the whole thing was almost like a mania that overtook people. After which, nobody was the same. We have all been changed - & not in good ways, I think. We're not just changed; we're damaged. I always say Covid changed everything. It really did!

Yes. I am changed, but in wonderful ways. I am truly grateful for the “plandemic”. It caused me to look at my relationship with Jesus. Trusting God’s word is what has saved me from total despair.

Blessings to you Janet.
