no it is not just you: it is the "totally" like the commercials say "unnecessary" urgency of EMAIL.. and the constant .. OH MY.. if you don't do this now.. this offer may never happen again: I say OH WELL.. that's life.. as a Christian I pray and take my sweet time.. which is MY SWEET TIME.. and ignore the rest. my email box is filled w/ HUNDREDS of emails on all different topics.. I mean really diverse and unrelated topics from the ongoing election..to the Covid issues and then all the Wars all over the world and also the the stock market.. I just focus on what I need to focus on. Because of my scientific training I just delete and or do a search for the emails that I need to find today or what I am working on.. the rest Oh well.. 16 K unread emails.. I will get to them when I feel like it or maybe never. Just take your sweet time.. and respond when you are ready to respond. take care. Isabell
I've tried twice now to comment on your ... comment. They keep disappearing! Very odd. Yes. I get that we're all overwhelmed routinely. Information overload! Email overload! Some days I have to take a break from it all. And I do, from time to time. But Thursday was somehow exceptional. My squirrely-ness was extreme. Sigh. Whatever, eh?? Onward we all go. Day at a time, day at a time, day at a time!
